✒️ The Socialist Iran Flag is a conceptual or symbolic reinterpretation of Iran’s national flag, infused with socialist and leftist imagery to represent ideals of economic equality, workers’ rights, and social justice. While the official flag features horizontal green, white, and red stripes with the national emblem and the Takbīr inscription, socialist versions often replace or augment these elements with symbols such as the red star, hammer and sickle, or imagery associated with labor movements. These designs are not official but are used by socialist and communist groups within Iran to express opposition to theocratic rule and to advocate for a secular, egalitarian society based on socialist principles.
